Can I use just any ball?
Will any ball work? Can’t I just use my husband’s bowling ball?
I get asked this all the time!
We ONLY recommend our proprietary balls as they have been thoroughly tested for quality and effectiveness.

What is the difference between the monthly and yearly membership?
The annual is a big savings! The monthly and annual subscriptions receive the exact same membership except the monthly is billed on a monthly basis and the annual is billed once per year.
Membership includes access to 100's of YBR videos on demand.
It's like Netflix for Body Rolling. New videos are added regularly, to keep you inspired and on-the-ball. That way you can reap all benefits of Yamuna Body Rolling. This membership does not include Dianne's live Zoom classes, Zoom workshops or Online Retreats.
There are rentals options available for some special workshops and you don't need to be a subscriber for these.
Do I have to be fit to Body Roll?
That's the beauty of YBR!
It is easy to modify most YBR exercises to set you up for success. We have all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of YBR. Many poses can be done seated, in a chair, on the wall, even in bed. I love that the YBR method can be given to anyone from a top athlete to world class couch potato. It's especially needed in today's face paced, tech focused society as a way to feel better and de-stress.
We highly suggest that before you try any exercise program that you get the Ok from your Healthcare Provider.
YBR has been known to help a variety of physical problems, however...it is not a replacement for medical advice. Likewise, I always think it is great to seek out a certified YBR Instructor in your area to work with if you have more serious health or physical limitations. Then follow up for homework at home with your YBR Anytime videos!
Will YBR get me in shape like weight bearing exercise?
YBR offers a mild form of weight-bearing exercise. Your body weight sinks into the ball and directly stimulates the bone-building cells. This is why YBR is an excellent technique for improving bone quality.
Important: it is true that weight-bearing exercise can help build bone density. However, people often perform weight-bearing exercise with faulty alignment, and as a result they can wind up injuring their joints. Using YBR before an exercise session will align bones and joints and minimize the risk of injury.
What’s the best way to incorporate YBR?
On its own, YBR can keep you strong and toned, prevent and even treat painful conditions. It is a great method to cross train with for athletes and non athletes alike. Perfect for exploring and learning about your body’s anatomy for self healing.
Try it pre or post workout or before athletics of any kind; for short breaks in the office to relieve muscle tension; destress your mind at the end of a busy day; take the balls in bed and work on yourself restoratively promoting a great night sleep.
